ORDERING & PAYMENT
Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum $150
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or Paypal. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
Orders will ship within 10-14 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about orders of more than 200 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 10-14 business days past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free US Shipping on orders over $500
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Starlight Soap & Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
You may also pick up your order at the local Qwik Pack & Ship, 4355 FM 933, Whitney, TX 76692. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.
We provide free samples — just let us know your shipping address and we can get those out to you!
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Wholesale orders are not returnable. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Starlight Soap & Candles within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
